My Point of View
I do remember I learnt yoga in my school. Since then I never missed to do it in the morning. I do accept I could not continue it once I started working but I did it for the long time. And that time my skin used to glow like anything. And I was always ready to work without getting tired. I continued doing that since my college time and got a perfect body with no extra fat on it. Even the benefits of yoga is that when you leave doing it still you don’t put on extra weight. So happened with me. I still am blessed with a body that every girl dreams for.
So I just want to make you understand the importance and significance of exercise. So it’s up to you which form of exercise you chose. The importance is be fit and stay healthy and happy.
